Fermentation and Fitness features Jesse Dow in a simple and easy to make beverage with a Kombucha Whiskey Sours KOMBUCHA SOURS The Ingredients Pine Pollen Kombucha 1 part premium whiskey 1 part raw honey simple syrup* Garnish with lemon wheel and candied ginger *On low heat, mix 2 parts raw honey to one part water. Cover and bring to a simmer. Then remove from heat, and let cool. Cooking Directions 1. Combine whiskey, Honey mixture and Pine pollen Kombucha in a cocktail shaker or glass with ice.
